Work involves the repiping of existing basement heating system, the installation of pre-insulated underground steam-condensate system, manholes and various architectural modifications. All work is to be done in strict accordance with the project specifications and drawings. The proposed procurement shall be firm fixed price. Estimated bid opening date is August 6, 1996. Cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Availability of the solicitation is limited and will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
