Krutz, Contract Specialist, (601) 686-5361 The U.S. Department of Agriculture requires the necessary labor, materials, parts, equipment and supervision necessary to clean the HVAC System in Building No. 1 at the USDA, ARS, Jamie Whitten Delta States Research Center, Stoneville, Mississippi. The work includes but is not limited to; Insect screens for four outside air louvers in penthouse mechanical area; clean return air fans/housing/plenum; clean all AHU coils and interior housing and fans/blowers; cleans supply air ductwork and terminal/mixing boxes/com- ponents; clean return air ductwork/shaft; clean all diffusers, grills, louvers, firedampers, control dampers, extractors, vanes, flex connectors etc.; and sanitize all components which are designated for cleaning. The work will be completed in 90 days. An IFB will be issued on or about June 25, 1996. An estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
