This is an Correction to this Pre-Solicitation Notice: The project involves Buildings #337, #338 and #339 of the Marine Corps Reserve Complex. Most of the work to be done in the interior Building #339 will include be not limited to the following: Painting walls, ceilings and floors. New vinyl composition tile flooring and new carpets as indicated on drawings. New suspended acoustical ceiling and toilet stalls as indicated on drawings. New door and replacement of door hardware as indicated on drawings. Work also includes painting of exterior soffets, fascia and canopies. Replacement of some lighting fixtures and minor mechanical renovations. Project includes lead paint removal and asbestos abatement as indicated on drawings. Project includes asbestos encapsulating of existing piping in Building #337, and new lighting and new door in Building #338 and incidental related work. Estimated cost range: $100,000 - $250,000. The Sic code is 1542 and the small business size standard is ($17.0 million) are applicable to this contract. The proposed contract (solicitation) will be issued as UNRESTRICTED.
