The work includes the construction of a conference room within the existing auditorium. The conference room will be 2 x 4 wood stud construction with paneled wood wainscot. The existing auditorium finishes will include carpet, gypsum board with wood wainscot, and 2 x 2 acoustical ceiling tile. Electrical work will include new lighting and outlets throughout the auditorium and conference room. Additional work will include construction of wood stage, concrete steps, wood baffles and installation of handrails, auditorium seating, doors, and incidental related work. There is a $30.00 (Non-refundable) fee per set of plans and specifications. Make your company check or money order payable to the Navy Industrial Fund. (Cash and personal checks will not be accepted.) Plans and specifications will be available 30 days prior to the approximate bid opening date and UNTIL SUPPLIES ARE EXHAUSTED.
