The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Las Cruces District Office in New Mexico has a requirement for aerial application of pelleted herbicide (fixed-wing) in the counties of Hidalgo, Luna, Otero, and Sierra. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the aerial application services. Performance period is 30 calendar days from the start date of October 23, 1996.
