This sources sought synopsis request is to identify potenD'8vugXd6Donly. The government does not intend to pay for any information provided. Responses to this request must include technical literature, cut sheets, pamphlets, GSA contracts, or commercial price lists which will demonstrate the potential offerors' ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. Responses must also include business size and be received in writing by this office within 45 days after the publication of this announcement. A solicitation is not available at this time. Requests for future solicitation documents will not be considered responsive to this request. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information from all potential sources on their capability to field a resource scheduling system. The scheduling system must be able to handle classroom scheduling including the scheduling of instructors, equipment, students, and all resources needed for the class. The system must be able to schedule classes around a limited number of resources and identify any conflicts arising from the scheduling. The system must be able to run on a personal computer with Microsoft DOS 6.0 or later, Microsoft Windows 3.1 or later, or an IBM RISC 6000 mainframe with the AIX ver 3.2.5 operating system. This scheduling system must be a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf product. All responses must be in writing, telephonic solicitations will not be honored. Responses must state that the contractor is not on the Parties Excluded from Procurement Programs, as well. Contractors with GSA schedules shall provide the contract number, pricing and expiration date.
