The Government intends to purchase on a sole source basis the following software which is manufactured and developed by Ascent Logic Corporation: RDD-100/SD System Designer (MS-Windows 3.1 compatible) qty 3 each; RDD-100/SB System Browser (MS-Windows 3.1 compatible) qty 1 each; RDD-100/DVF Dynamic Verification Facility (MS-Windows 3.1 compatible) qty 1 each; RDD-100/ILF Interleaf Interface (MS-Windows 3.1 compatible) qty 1 each. This procurement shall provide an automated Systems Engineering tool set for use by the Advanced Integrated Electronic Warfare System (AIEWS) Program to record, track, analyze and develop AIEWS requirements and requirement-driven designs. NSWCDD, F20 has been designated the Technical Direction Agent (TDA) for the Advanced Integrated Electronic Warfare System (AIEWS) and has been directed to procure and become proficient in the use of the System Engineering tool, RDD-100. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
