This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAHA90-96-R-0021 solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 91-8 30 June 1995. This is unrestricted with SIC code 7374. The National Guard Bureau purposes to acquire the necessary AT&T equipment to upgrade all existing AT&T Definity G3I and G3S telephone systems to version four software, to purchase the Primary Rate Interface upgrade, and to purchase an additional flash card for system backups. The following is a list of supplies/services required: 1) 1264-012A, Upgrade Size Sensitive and Installation; 2) 1264-411, G3IV2-V3/G3IV4 Upgrade and Installation; 3) 1264-408, G3SV2-V3/G3SV4 Upgrade and Installation; 4) 0505-VST, Service Charge. Equipment must be installed at 60 National Guard sites throughout the United States to include Hawaii. List of sites will be faxed to interested offerors upon request. Installation of equipment must be completed no later than 30 days after receipt of award. Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
