This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a notice of the Government's intention to purchase one Liebert Corporation Sitescan 2000 Windows Monitoring System with Alert Alarm Database Software and one Opalport Battery Monitoring System. The Liebert Sitescan 2000 Windows Monitoring System with Alert Alarm Database Software (CLIN 0001) consists of: Gateway Pentium-5DX PC with 800 mb hard drive, 8 mb RAM, VGA color monitor, sound card, speakers, graphic software package, license, key, Windows operating system, Liebert air/power/UPS face plate graphics, one each DC LAN module, one each DC112-422 IGM interface module, two each RPMP remote monitor panels with eight CTs, four each LT 750 water detection modules, four each 50' water detection tapes, one each RCM 8 remote contact monitor panel, and complete electrical installation, startup, and programming of the system. The Opalport Battery Monitoring System (CLIN 0002) consists of: one each DBM-01 monitor, one each communication cable, seven each CDG002 cell data gathering modules, seven each sets of 32 conductor battery sense leads, one each system data gathering module, one each split CT, 192 each ''C'' clamps, and VC4W Windows software (to be installed in the environmental monitoring system PC). Installation and integration is required and pricing for this must be included. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation. Place of delivery, acceptance, and FOB point are all USSTRATCOM/J6203A, 901 SAC Blvd, LeMay Bldg, 1J Dock, Offutt AFB, NE 68113-6600. Delivery date to be quoted by vendor.
