Ashley Drive, Suite 2700, Tampa, FL 33602, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to award a contract to purchase PowerCerv FLOWBuilder Library Software. The FLOWBuilder object library is designed to implement work flow processes within PowerBuilder applications which enable modification to current applications and create new applications that will incorporate work flow processes through the use of the PowerBuilder application development tools. PowerCerv FLOWBuilder Library is a licensed software product owned by PowerCerv Corporation. The purpose of this synopsis is to determine whether there may be other sources with necessary requisite qualifications to perform the work described above. No solicitation document is available.
