Woodland, Contract Specialist (202)267-5149 (FAX) The FAA has a requirement to procure a supply/services contract to establish a national maintenance agreement in support of Travel Manager Plus (Travel Manager). The support services include monthly worldwide per diem rates updates, Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) updates for applicable versions, current version software releases, new version upgrades and technical support for end users and systems administrators. The contractor shall provide the updated document preparation module software for use by any activity within the FAA. The contractor shall provide a master copy of the current version software releases of the 5,1 6, and 32 user LAN versions for Novell NLM, DOS, and Windows NT platforms and DOS and Windows single user versions of the Travel Manager document preparation module to each FAA Technical Center, regional headquarters (12 sites) for unlimited distribution throughout the FAA. The contractor shall provide a master copy of the Novell NLM electronic processing module software for unlimited distribution within FAA headquarters, Alaskan Region, and the FAA Technical Center. The electronic processing module software will be used in these locations to develop electronic signature conversion guidelines and develop interfaces from Travel Manager to the Departmental Accounting and Financial Information System (DAFIS), electronic mail, and other applicable systems.
