Z -- PROVIDE SERVICES FOR REPAIRS OF 2ND AND 3RD DECK AND STAIRWELL OF BARRACKS 3731, NAVAL AIR STATION, KINGSVILLE, TX SOL N62467-96-M-7246 DUE 022996. POC Jack R. Provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to rehabilitate rooms, hallways, bathrooms and stairwell, to include but not limited to demolition of wood cabinets, repair of walls and ceilings, both gypsum, concrete block and concrete surfaces. Remove and replace ceiling tiles, floor tile, wood and metal doors and locksets. Replace water closets and lavatory and other miscellaneous plumbing items. Electrical work will consist of replacement of some lighting fixtures and re-lamp others. Smoke detectors and fire alarm systems will be tested and repaired. Remove existing carpet from rooms and replace with new. Shampoo existing carpet in hallways. Estimated value between $25,000 and $50,000. (029)
