Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to perform site repairs in military family housing (MFH) at Beale AFB in accordance with contract plans and specs including the following: installing drainage systems; regrading yards; repairing concrete sidewalks, patios driveways, curb and gutters; repairing sanitary sewer mains and manholes; television inspection of sewer lines; and spot repairing of asphalt concrete streets. Project requirements will be available on or about 12 FEB 96. All work accomplished will be in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings.
