Hager at (404)842-6553 Provide all necessary labor, materials and equipment required for mechanical alterations in the basement of Building No. 9, Mycobacteriology Laboratory. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: Demolition of existing 20 ton split system DX condensing unit and evaporator and refrigerant piping, installation of Government furnished 4,000 cfm air handling unit, and installation of steam and chilled water piping connections. Additional work includes the following: ductwork, relocation of three environmental walk-in cooler condensing units, mechanical test and balance work, and associated electrical work. Construction value is estimated to be in the range of $25,000 to $100,000. Bid bonds will be required. Subsequently, Payment and Performance bonds will be required from the successful offeror. Solicitation Package 96-46 will be available on or about February 20, 1996, for a nonrefundable fee of $30.00 per package. Only written requests with payment will be honored.
