Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and transportation required to perform Site Improvements, Basewide Contract for Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi in strict accordance with specifications for Project No. EEPZ 95-2010. Work may include but not be limited to: demolition work, earthwork, concrete work, plumbing and electrical work, roofing and awning construction, various planting requirements, grassing, painting, etc., and all incidental work thereto. The period of performance is one basic period with two, one-year option periods. The guaranteed minimum under this contract will be $26,000 for the life of the contract. The contract amount shall not exceed $750,000 for the basic period, and $800,000 for each option year period. Individual delivery orders shall not exceed $300,000. Award shall be based upon contractor submitting a price for each line item on the bid schedule. Failure to provide a price for each line item shall be basis for rejection of the entire bid.
