The work also includes abandoning existing chiller in place, removing existing piping as shown on drawing and electrical service to existing chiller, relocate existing control air compressor, place new concrete pad in Room SP-122, provide new chiller and all associated equipment, install new chiller on new pad and modify piping arrangements to connect new chiller to existing pumps, connect new chiller to existing time clock and provide all electrical work as required for connecting new equipment. Government bid acceptance time will be ninety (90) days. Anticipated solicitation issue date is February 6, 1996.
