The North Carolina Air National Guard (NCANG) has a requirement for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for a period not to exceed five years for various construction work at the NCANG Base, Charlotte, NC; NCANG Station, Badin, NC; and NCANG Station, Stanly County Airport, New London, NC. The work will be under SIC 1542, 1611, 1711, 1721, 1731, 1741, 1742, 1751, 1761 and 1771 as follows: interior building renovation to include demolition, removal and installation of walls, sheetrock work, electrical, lighting, ceiling grid systems, carpeting and wall finishes; interior and exterior painting; pouring of concrete floor pads and construction of prefabricated buildings; roof replacement; curb and gutter; and road patching. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SBD) concerns. The award will be made to the low bidder offering the lowest aggregate coefficient.
