Description of Work: Construct one approximately 24,000 square foot aerial delivery facility consisting of reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, steel frame with CMU exterior walls, standing seam metal roof, parachute drying tower, fire suppression system, monorail and hoist, site work, paving and parking and all necessary utilities, space provided for parachute packing and maintenance, rigging of supplies for air drops or extractions, communication equipment maintenance, classrooms, maintenance support, administration, support and pax holding and processing areas.
