Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material and perform all operations necessary to construct a one story masonry structure (approximately 4,493 SF) as a Housing Management Office. The new facility consists of a steel framing, concrete slab on grade, painted interior (drywall) partitions, asphalt shingle roof and brick veneer exterior walls. Work includes, but is not limited to, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, as well as a number of new windows, doors and associated frames. The work also includes new HVAC, fire protection, and electrical/communications systems. The project entails associated site work (including some fill and grading). The following items are proposed as additive bid items: vinyl wallcovering versus painted GWB, accordion partitions, kitchen cabinets and plastic laminate shelving/counters, concrete sidewalks, two custom doors, standing seam metal roof versus asphalt shingles, concrete curb and gutters along driveway and parking lot, yard sprinkler system, landscaping and vertical blinds. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications, and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Firms shall indicate whether they are women owned and if they are small, small disadvantaged or large business. Firms should also indicate if they are interested as a prime or as a subcontractor.
