Consult with regulatory agencies, including the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and Dutchess County Department of Health (DCDOH) as needed with respect to the operation of the water treatment facility. Adhere to Part 5 of the New York State Sanitary Code. Identify any significant concerns with the water treatment facility and provide recommendations on how to remedy the situation as problems arise. Review and approve monthly water operational reports. The basic operational services shall be overseen by state-licensed water plant operators in accordance with New York state requirements. Provide daily operators for plant operations and minor maintenance. Provide emergency on-call service as necessary for operation of the water treatment facility twenty-four hours, seven (7) days per week. SIC 4941 and size standard $3.5 million applies. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. Period of performance is from date of award through 9/30/96 with four (4) government optional renewals. Bid packages will be available O/A 12/18/95.
