POC Linda Payne (202) 307-1957. CASE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES--The
Department of Justice Civil Division requires the continuation of
contract support for case management activities. The services to be
acquired involve twelve specific functional areas: (1) identification
and routing of case-related mail; (2) classification, data entry and
update of trial case data; (3) data entry and update of appellate case
data; (4) data entry and update of fraud case data; (5) processing of
patent litigation paperwork; (6) processing of case-related,
computer-generated letters; (7) data entry and processing of attorney
time reporting; (8) data entry and processing of litigation accounts
receivable; (9) assuring data base integrity; (10) production of
case-related reports; (11) analyzing case data and producing written
reports and graphic displays; and (12) operation of the Division's IBM
AS/400 computer. Updating of procedures manuals, preparation of status
reports, and quality assurance will also be required. The Contractor
shall provide all personnel and supervision to perform all functions
under a single contract. The guaranteed minimum level of effort will be
52,000 hours in the base year. Contract performance will be at the
Department of Justice, Washington, D.C. All responsible sources
