FT., TWO-STORY BUSINESS INCUBATOR BUILDING Separate sealed bids for the construction of a new 45,000 square foot, two-story business incubator building in Chesterfield Valley, in Chesterfield, MO will be received by the Economic Council of St. Louis County at 121 S. Meramec, Ste. 900, Clayton, MO 63105. Bids will be received until 2 p.m. on October 5, 1995, and then as said office publicly opened and read aloud. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the above address. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of David Mason and Associates, 800 South Vandeventer, St. Louis, MO 63110 upon payment of $100 for each set. Any BIDDER, upon returning CONTRACT DOCUMENTS promptly and in good condition, will be refunded his payment, and non-bidder upon so returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be refunded $100. This project will be partially funded with federal funds through the Economic Development Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and will be subject to all applicable federal requirements and regulations.
