Sources sought to provide an aircraft library containing technical and regulatory data regarding aircraft engines, propellers, equipment etc., for various locations throughout the Federal Aviation Administration, Great Lakes Region, (IL, IN, MI, MN, OH, WI, ND, SD). The contractor must acquire these documents from other Government agencies and the manufacturers of aircraft frames, engines, propellers, equipment etc. Required are libraries for the following: complete Light Aircraft library; complete Helicopter library less Aerospatiale; complete Helicopter library less Sikorsky. These libraries must be on microfiche. The US Aircraft Regulatory library must be on CD ROM. All libraries must be kept current with the latest revisions by sending bi-weekly updates. All inquiries shall be made to the attention of Kim Erkman within fifteen calendar days from the publication of this notice. This is not an Invitation For Bid (IFB).
