Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following principal features: 1. Base Bid a. Replace water and sewer laterals with new lines. Install new sanitary cleanouts and water cutoff valves. b. Removal and replacement of existing overhead electrical system within the housing area with an underground electrical system. 2. Additive Alternate #1: Remove one inch of asphalt pavement by milling and overlay roads with one inch of new asphalt pavement. 3. Additive Alternate #2: Remove and replacement of existing overhead electrical circuit crossing Hwy 98 with underground electrical circuit. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with contract documents. There is a non-refundable charge of $20.00 for each solicitation package.
