Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials and supplies required to completely prepare site areas to furnish and install 11 gated parking lot systems, with established reader data transmission between the gated parking lots and the security emergency assistance communication center. Work will be performed at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Edward Hines Hospital, Hines Il. (Hines Il. is located approximately 13 miles west of downtown Chicago). Work will include, but is not limited to the preparation and construction of concrete pads and curbing system per specifications. All work will be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings and all applicable codes and standards. Bid documents will be available after August 9, 1995, by written request to the Contracting Officer, accompanied by a refundable deposit check of $35.00. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit planned for August 16, 1995, at 10:30AM local time. Estimated cost range is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00 SIC=1799, $7ML.
