Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision tools, equipment, materials and supplies required to demolish and remove existing walls, ceilings, flooring, kitchen equipment, seating, architectural features, plumbing systems, electrical systems and portions of the HVAC system of the canteen area, Building 45, of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Edward Hines Hospital, Hines Il. (Hines Il, is located approximately 13 miles west of Downtown Chicago). Work will include, but is not limited to, the replacement of new items for the area, as indicated in the solicitation. All work will be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings and all applicable codes and standards.
