Description of Work: This project will develop an approximately 15 acre borrow pit. The project will include removal of branches and grubbing stumps following a separate timber contract; establishment of temporary and permanent erosion control measures; grading in the borrow area and to establish unimproved roads; construction of RCP culverts, a riser basin, and concrete entrance aprons; construction and lining of swales with excelsior mat and synthetic mat (geotextile fabric); and seeding and mulching. Network Analysis System will not be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $250,000 to $500,000. Cost of solicitation documents is $25. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
