The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the battery room expansion at the existing building. Work must be done in a manner to minimize impact on postal operations. The scope of work is further defined by the plans and specifications of the contract documents. The estimated cost range is between $80,000 and $120,000, with a construction completion date of 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. On-site contact is Mr. Bill Cooper (206/355-9505, Ext. 248). Site visitation is not mandatory but encouraged. An informal preproposal walk-through is scheduled for Tuesday, August 22, 1995, at 10 a.m. Attendees should meet at the main entrance, 8101 Hardeson Road.
