Kingstown site shall include but not be limited to the following: Removal and legal disposal of all items so designated or required, the Furnishing/Installation of one natural gas fired Boiler, approx. 2000 MBTU with all associated controls and appurtenances, one natural gas fired instantaneous Hot Water Heater approx. 100 gals with all associated appurtenances.
