The scope of work includes the renovation of approximately 2,500 square feet of existing support space in the southern Medical/Surgical nursing ward on the 3rd floor of building 1130. The project scope requires the demolition, reconfiguration and replacement of some eixisting partitions, ceilings, casework, plumbing, fixtures, HVAC systems and electrical systems. Iclude all labor, transportation and equipment for renovation in accordance with project number NUEX 92-0730. This contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bid documents, including plans ad specifications will be available on or about 24 Jul 95.
