Remove and disconnect existing 15kv breaker including wiring lines, ground conductors, etc., complete. Install and replace a new circuit breaker with existing primary lines. Replace by-pass switch with control mechanisms and bases. Grounding and bonding of new equipment is required. Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC Code) for this project is 1731/$7 million. Performance period is 60 calendar days. Project range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore this acquisition is unrestricted.
