Services are to provide for the Refuse Collection and Disposal, Basewide and Military Family Housing, at Cannon AFB, NM. This solicitation is for the collection, removal and disposal of refuse, Basewide and Military Family Housing in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Interested SDB concerns are encouraged to participate and should indicate their interests as soon as possible, but not later than 19 July 1995. If adequate interest is not received by SDB Concerns by 19 July 1995, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, without further notice. The standard industrial classification code for those concerns and its affiliates is ``4953'' and is defined as a concern whose average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years did not exceed $6.0 million. Period of performance is for the basic contract period of 1 October 1995 through 30 September 1996 and two, one year option periods. IFB will be issued on or about 31 July 1995.
