This procurement will utilize full and open competition that will evaluate offeror's technical proposals, discounts offered for calls, and commissions offered on gross revenue. The contract will provide for a base year and 2 option years. Interested vendors shall submit a written request via mail (or facsimile machine) for the solicitation within 30 days from the publication date of this synopsis.
