This procurement is for Titanium alloy forging in accordance with MIL-T-83142. Composition 6(AL4V) condition, duplex annealed) forgings shall meet mechanical properties requirements for the annealed condition except ultimate tensile strength shall be between 135,000 and 150,000 PSI. Tensile coupons shall be taken from forging prolongations on the 13.5 inch diameter and perpendicular to a center of datums A AND B of the finished warhead case.
