Swann, 202/366-6548, Contracting Officer The U.S. Dept. of Transportation has an Invitation For Bid (IFB) requirement to upgrade the Northern Telecom SL-100 Telephone systems from BCS 32 to BCS 36. This includes engineering, furnishing and installation of the software system. Additional hardware required to support this software upgrade will be included in the price of the proposals. These upgrades are required in two separate buildings in the Washington D.C. area. The contractor shall provide a certificate of compliance to assure the Government that the contractor has satisfied all contractual obligations and to certify that the installation has been completed in accordance with the applicable Northern Telecom practices. Potential offerors interested in receiving a copy of the IFB must submit a written request to the address listed above.
