Contractor shall provide all necessary services for free maintenance of the hardware for a period of six months. This procurement will be set-aside for Indian-owned firms only under the ''Buy-Indian Act'', 25 U.S.C. 47. Indian firms desiring consideration must be at least 51% Indian-owned. Section 7(b) of P.L. 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450e) requires that preference opportunities in employment and training in award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaska Native economic enterprises.
