The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Division Keyport has a requirement for a multi-channel, fixed frequency baseband translator array system. The system shall perform the function of translating at least 16 analog input signals to baseband. These 16 analog inputs shall consist of 4 inputs at 75kHz, 4 inputs at 275kHz, 4 inputs at 375kHz, and 4 inputs at 475kHz.
