Responsible actuary must be enrolled by the Joint Board for the Enrollment of Acturaries. Reports must satisfy instructions issued by the General Accounting Office, and comply with reporting requirements pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 9503, Public Law No. 95-595, November 4, 1978. The solicitation will require offerors to submit a technical proposal which will be evaluated, along with cost. The solicitation document will be issued on or about August 21, 1995.
