O'SULLIVAN, (215)697-9688 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure engineering and technical services in support of the Transportable Satellite Earth Terminals (TSETs) on a sole source basis with Satellite Transmission Systems (STS) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and technical capability to respond to this requirement. Interested parties who contend that they are technically qualified should submit, within 45 days from the publication of this notice, specific factual data including but not limited to: technical resumes, corporate management experience, and other pertinent information as so desired to be used as an evaluation basis to determine competence to successfully perform this requirement. All technical proposals received within the 45 day notice will be considered by the Government. The Government reserves the right not to open this requirement to competition based on technical response to this notice. Technical responses and requests received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
