Nonpersonal services to provide above and below ground inspection; nondestructive evaluation; furnish and apply groundline treatment, internal decay treatment, and preventative fumigant treatment; tag and prepare inspection reports on wood poles on approximately 882 miles of transmission line. The work is located in Box Butte, Cheyenne, Deuel, Keith, Morrill, Platte, and Scotts Bluff Counties in Nebraska; Big Horn, Converse, Fremont, Goshen, Hot Springs, Laramie, Natrona, Park, Platte, and Washakie Counties in Wyoming; Boulder, Morgan, Logan, Sedgewick, Washington, Weld, and Yuma Counties in Colorado; and Big Horn and Carbon Counties in Montana. It is required that all wood poles of the identified transmission lines be inspected and rejected or treated. These lines consist of approximately 14,056 wood poles consisting of single-, double-, and triple-pole structures. The contractor shall begin work within 30 calendar days after date of receipt of award and complete all work within 400 calendar days from date of receipt of such award.
