Treasury Annex Alleyway. The Department of the Treasury, Departmental Offices intends to issue an invitation for Bid (IFB) #A-95-14. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This project is for the construction for the removal and re-installation of Treasury Annex Alleyway cobblestones, and paving, seal the slab, install waterproof membrane, and re-construct the loading dock located at Madison Place and Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. The work will be performed in two phases. Phase one consist of demolition of the existing wood loading dock replacing it with concrete, and the installation of the new lift for the dumpster platform. Phase two will consist of the renovation of the existing concrete loading dock, the installation of a dock leveler and the redesign of the concrete stairs.
