Provide, an Upgrade to the Test Stand for Letterkenny Army Depot. This requirement is a replacement of the existing Test Stand, Model HTDD Serial #1144, which was manufactured and installed in 1989 by Hicklin Engineering Co. This requirement will be a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Hicklin Engineering Co. Any responsible source may submit a proposal to Letterkenny Army Depot, which will be considered.
