Prequalification for Vendors to Supply Computer Equipment to the Philippines are sought by Cambridge Consulting Corp., acting as Procurement Agent for Arthur Andersen & Co. SC, USAID Contractor for the Public Sector Component of hte Capital Markets Development Project. Response to this expression of interest if due July 3, 1995. The Public Sector Component invites applications from interested vendors for prequalification to supply computer and incidental services for the Philippines under a phased procurement plan. Commodities to be procured will include, but are not limited to, computer equipment such as: UNIX File Servers; Local Area Networks; Wide Area Networks; PCs; Printers (Laser); Business Software; UNIX System Database Software; Routers, Terminal Servers, UTP Hubs; E- Mail Software. Qualified vendors shall possess the ability to supply computer equipment to the project in the Philippines, provide in-country parts and service, export warranty and fully complete a prequalification questionnaire. The application being invited presently will bear no obligations whatsoever on the part of the Procurement Agent, the Prime Contractor, or USAID. The final decision of the ''short list'' of qualified vendors will be final in accepting or rejecting an application. For award of the procurement, the Procurement Agent will, as and when required, invite quotations from the ''short list'' vendors for the supply of computer equipment and incidental services. All equipment is subject to USAID approval. To obtain a copy of the prequalification questionnaire, contact the above by mail or fax. Telephone requests will not be honored.
