FISC San Diego intends to negotiate a contract with Becton Dickinson Immunocytometry System, San Jose, CA for monoclonal antibody reagents for use with Government-owned Becton Dickinson FACScan analyzers for the Naval Medical Center San Diego on a sole basis. Delivery will be F.O.B. destination to Naval Medical Center San Diego, CA. Interested parties who contend that they are capable of providing the necessary test kits/reagents should submit, within 45 days from the publication of this notice, specific fatual data and other pertinent information, to be used as an evaluation basis to determine competence to successfully meet the requirement. All proposals received within the 45 days notice period will be considered by the Government. The Government reserves the right not to open this requirement to competiton based upon responses to this notice. Technical responses and requests received as a result of this Notice of Intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
