Period of Performance (POP) shall be, 1 June 1995 thru 31 May 1996. This Maintenance shall consist of: Updates and upgrades for system software currently running, right to copy, documentation sets,and source data.Interested persons have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i.e., technical specifications, brochures, and price lists) in the critical areas mentioned above. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full an open competition basis. Responses received without the required information may be considered non-responsive to this synopsis. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this synopsis. A determination by CSC not to compete this procurement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this synopsis, is solely within the discretion of CSC.
