The existing roof system consists of a built-up roof system covered by a single-ply rubber membrane and insulation. Work includes, but is not limited to: written and physical submittals of materials to be employed in the project. Selective demolition. Removal of existing roof insulation, flashing and counterflashing. Application of a modified bitumen sheet roof system with extended fifteen (15) year full system guarantee. Construction estimate is between $25,000. and $100,000. Twenty-five bid packages will be be available on or about June 12, 1995 and will be issued on a first come, first serve basis.
