Base Bid consists of modification of existing rooms to meet one hour fire rated construction; modification of existing fire sprinkler systems in affected rooms; exhaust system for gas cabinets and fume hoods; toxic gas cabinets and fume hoods; gas detection system; emergency alarm system; and, emergency gener ators. The place of performance is NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, CA 94035-1000. The contract duration will be 215 calendar days. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the Agency.
