The work includes the furnishing of all necessary labor, material and equipment to remove existing and drive new steel piles, and installation of aluminum sacrificial anodes, the disposal of unusable portions and hauling the useable piles to storage area on the site, the installation of the cathodic protection will require under water diving and incidental related work. Estimated cost $250,000 to $500,000. Performance period is: Complete the entire work ready for use not later than February 23, 1996. Interested SDB concerns should, not later than 27 Apr 1995, indicate interest by providing to the above contracting office several references including phone numbers and point of contact from similar projects, a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, and a letter from your bonding company that they will bond this project. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted, without further notice.
