The applicable SIC and size standard for this solicitation is 1731 and $7.9 million. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB should provide a letter from your bonding company indicating their intent to provide the necessary bonding for this contract at the applicable cost range for this project $250,00 - $500,000; identify your firm's capabilities and furnish four references of currently or recently completed contracts of similar construciton and dollar range. Include with each reference the location and title, owners name, the name of the appropriate person to contact and their telephone number and the date and amount of the contract award. If your firm is classified as an 8(a) firm with the SBA 8(a) program, include a positive statement of eligibility as a SDB concern from the SBA office in your area denoting the applicable SIC code which your firm is qualified. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting officer the above stated informaiton. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
