Contractor will provide all material, labor, and other resources necessary to Expand the Central Industrial Area Chilled Water Distribution and Control System at Kennedy Space Center, FL. The work includes installation of new chillers, expansion of electrical service, and connection of mechanical, electrical, and other interfaces with the existing system. Work includes sole-source procurement by prime contractor of Cutler Hammer/Westinghouse circuit breakers, associated mechanical items, and manufacturer installation. All work shall be done in accordance with Kennedy Specifications and Drawings. Award of contract is contingent upon availability of funds. Magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Period of performance is 270 days after notice to proceed.
